Demolition crews began ripping down the walls of the former Studio 4 on Huron Church Thursday.
Back in January, the property was purchased by Westdell Development Corporation who also owns the 8 acre former Huron Lodge property next to Studio 4.
Plans call for a new mixed-use commercial plaza to be built.
