Work Continues To Fix Cogeco Outage

Work continues to bring Cogeco service back online to parts of Windsor.
Just before 7:00 am Wednesday, thousands of homes and businesses lost internet service.
Cogeco reported that an act of vandalism damaged fiber cables.
As of 2:45 pm, Wednesday, Cogeco reports that crews continue to repair the fiber line, and splicing has begun.
“While some customers may see their services back online, there is still a lot of work. We expect to see services gradually return throughout the afternoon & into the evening,” a tweet from Cogeco said.
