Mark Hillman of Windsor matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the November 3, 2020 Lotto Max draw to win $100,000.
This is Hillman’s second big win. “I won $100,000 with Encore last summer too!” said the 58-year-old construction worker.
Hillman said he scanned his ticket using the OLG Lottery App and saw ‘Big Winner’ appear. “I had a feeling I’d win again! It’s good fortune.”
He plans to invest his winnings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Rose Convenience on Wyandotte Street in Windsor.
