In-Person Parking Services Office Re-Opens To The Public

The Public Works administration building located at 1266 McDougall Street will be re-opened to the public starting Monday, March 1st, 2021, weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30 pm.
All normal business operations including parking ticket payments, permits, monthly parking payments, etc. will resume. However, in an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible, the city is asking that residents continue to use alternate payment methods, either online or by secured drop box, if possible. Ticket screening and hearing request forms continue to be conveniently available outside the main entrance to 1266 McDougall, and citizens are asked to use this method of retrieving and returning these forms.
Enhanced cleaning, screening and social distancing guidelines are in place and must be adhered to.
