Studio 4 on Huron Church is coming down.

According to a Facebook post by its former owner, he sold the property after running it for 36 years earlier this month, and the new owners plan to demolish it.

The property was purchased by Westdell Development Corporation who also owns the 8 acre former Huron Lodge property next to Studio 4.

Westdell purchased the former long term care home property last summer to develop it into a mixed-use commercial plaza. They also purchased Ambassador Plaza, University Plaza, and a section of vacant land behind University Plaza.
