As a result of the increase in COVID-19 cases in Windsor-Essex, and the anticipated move to Ontario’s grey zone of the Provincial COVID Response Framework, Town Hall and the Tecumseh Arena Offices are closed to walk-in service.
Service remains available by phone, e-mail and drop-box. Appointment-based in-person services will be permitted until end of day, December 15th to allow people to complete in-process transactions.
“Unfortunately with the increased cases over the last two weeks and the number of cases still under investigation, we have made the difficult decision to close our customer service offices to walk-ins,” said Gary McNamara, Mayor of Tecumseh. “We have to do what’s best to protect our community and our staff. We are still working and are available to provide services, by other means rather than face-to-face.”
