A condo development is being planned for East Windsor.
Plans call for four 3-storey condominiums with a total of 96 units on Lauzon Road, just north of Forest Glade Drive.
The project is before the Development & Heritage Standing Committee on December 14th for a zoning by-law amendment to permit a multiple dwelling development.
The project would also have to go through the site plan process before construction would begin.
