Border Closure Extended Again
The U.S. and Canada border closure has been extended once again.
The non-essential travel restrictions will remain in place at least until January 21st, 2021.
“Our decisions will continue to be based on the best public health advice available to keep Canadians safe.,” said Bill Blair, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
The closure was first announced on March 18th.
Supply chains such as the transport of goods and essential workers who commute for work continue to not be affected.
