UWindsor Reports On-Campus Case Of COVID-19

The University of Windsor is reporting a case of COVID-19 on campus.

In an update late Monday, the University says that “a member of the University’s on-campus community has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently isolating off campus.”

The University did not say it the case is a student or staff member.

“The University is working with the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit and will provide further updates to members of the campus community as they become available,” the statement read.

The University reminds all students, staff, and faculty to continue to complete the campus self-assessment before attending campus; practice good hygiene; wear a mask, and keep 2m from others when possible.
