The University of Windsor has confirmed another on-campus case of COVID-19.
Officials say the latest case is unrelated to previously reported cases. The University previously reported another on-campus case on Monday November 23rd.
The member of the campus community is self-isolating and officials say all appropriate protocols and cleaning measures have been taken.
The University says that with all COVID-19 cases, the Health Unit will take the lead on contact tracing.
Officials say there is no additional risk to the campus community at this time.
The University is still following a remote learning model with most classes being held online this semester.
For those who are on campus, officials are reminding students, staff, and faculty to restrict social gatherings, practice good hygiene, wear a mask, and stay 2m from others when possible.
