PHOTOS: Dougall McDonald’s Spreading Holiday Cheer With 20,000 Light Winter Wonderland Display

Twenty thousand lights are on display at the McDonald’s on Dougall, as they have set up a Winter Wonderland display in their closed Play Place.

Patrons and those passing by can enjoy viewing the display outside through the windows, utilizing the space that couldn’t otherwise be used this year. The project not only brightens up the area but brightens up the moods of everyone who comes by.

“It’s been a rough year for everyone,” Jason Trussell, owner/operator of the location, explains. “And we wanted to do something to give people young and old a reason to smile. Since our Play Place remains closed, we thought we could put it to use and hence our Winter Wonderland project.”

The light display is on from approximately 5pm until 7am until the new year, with outdoor viewing only.
