Lakeshore and the Lakeshore Arts Advisory Committee have announced the winners of the 2020 Mayor’s Art Awards: Artist in a Pandemic Grant.
Due to the cancellation of the 2020 Mayor’s Art Awards reception, this grant was created to honour, support, and promote working artists in Lakeshore during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Each of the 12 recipients will be awarded a grant of $500.

“We are thrilled to offer this grant to our artists.” stated Lakeshore Mayor Tom Bain. “This year has been difficult for everyone, including our artists and we know this grant will help them to continue their endeavors.”
