Windsor Police will be conducting a phone survey to assist with the next Strategic Business Plan.
For a two-week period commencing on October 6th, 2020, residents of the City of Windsor and the Town of Amherstburg may receive a telephone call on behalf of the Service from Leger, a national survey research firm.
The randomly-dialed calls will seek information to complete a comprehensive public needs survey from the regions where we provide policing services.
The goal of the survey is to obtain a thorough understanding of community perceptions regarding policing and public safety concerns. Furthermore, this survey will provide a citizen-based assessment of services delivered by the Windsor Police Service.
Participation is absolutely voluntary. To avoid any biases, this survey is being conducted independently. Individual answers will be kept confidential by Leger.
