Police Looking To Identify Fraud Suspect

Windsor Police are looking to identify a fraud suspect.

Police say that in June of 2020, the Financial Crimes Unit launched a fraud investigation after it was reported that a large quantity of currency was withdrawn from a victim’s bank account. The victim attended their banking institution after noticing their debit card was not working. It was at this time the fraudulent withdraws were discovered.

Through investigation, it was learned the suspect was able to obtain a debit card attached to the victims bank account and withdraw the fraudulent funds. Multiple fraudulent accounts to businesses were also opened in the victim’s name.

Investigators have obtained the below surveillance image and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the wanted suspect.
