Open House Planned For Proposed Amherstburg Bus Service

This week, two open houses are planned to talk about the proposed Transit Windsor service into the Town of Amherstburg.
The proposal includes 12 stops in the Town that will then continue into the City of Windsor with a stop at the new transit terminal developed at the Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare site on Prince Road.
The plans also calls for a connection being explored with the Town of LaSalle’s transit route with a transfer point along Front Road, giving more direct access to St. Clair College.
The open house sessions will be held at the Libro Centre, Community Room on Thursday, September 17th from 1pm to 3pm and 6pm to 8pm.
