Residential house sales were up this summer, despite the COVID-19 pandemic according to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors.
In July sales were up 5.5% and in August they were up 17.61% over the same two months in 2019.
Overall for the year, sales are down 8.44%, with 4,167 homes changing hands this year so far, compared to 4,545 last year.
