Public computer access will be available at Budimir, John Muir and Riverside starting August 4th.
The library says that following a successful trial at Central Branch, the decision has been made to expand access to additional locations, which have been selected strategically to ensure computer access is available across the City of Windsor.
All public access computer stations are separated by plexiglas dividers and social distancing between stations is in effect.
Sessions begin on the hour and last for 45 minutes, with 15 minutes of the hour following use committed to sanitization and other appropriate health and safety procedures.
Access to computers will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis – no appointments are necessary but customers should expect to wait, depending on computer availability.
Public computer access in the additional branches will be available Monday and Wednesday from 1pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 6pm and Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
