Windsor Police are looking for a missing Windsor man.
Police say that 34-year-old Paul Kelly was reported missing on Wednesday June 24th, 2020.
Kelly is described as a white male, approximately 5’9″,180 lbs., with a medium build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
There is no clothing description available at this time. Through investigation, it is believed he may drive a red Ford Focus. No licence plate information is available.
