The annual water system hydrant flushing program in Windsor is about to get underway.
ENWIN Water Operations will be flushing water hydrants in the area bounded by Central Avenue to the west, Riverside Drive to the north, E.C. Row Expressway to the south and Jefferson Boulevard to the east.
This annual system maintenance will take place between June 15th and September 18th, 2020, from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Customers located in the targeted flushing areas may notice some mild discolouration and sedimentation while the flushing is taking place. ENWIN assures customers that this is not harmful and should clear up after running their cold water tap for several minutes.
