The Windsor Utilities Commission will be starting the construction of a new 300mm diameter PVC watermain on Howard Avenue from Tecumseh to Lens on Tuesday.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
The project is expected to take approximately ten weeks to complete.
