City Looking For Input On Airbnb, Vrbo And HomeAway Rentals

The City of Windsor is looking to hear what residents think about short term rentals and if regulation is needed, and if so, how best to do it.
Windsor does not currently regulate them, but city officials say with growth in the industry through such well known names as Airbnb, Vrbo and HomeAway, there may be a new need for licensing and zoning.
An open house will be held on Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm at the downtown pool where further information will be available, and feedback will be gathered.
There is also an online survey to take, which will be open until 4pm on March 7th, 2020.
