TRUE Festival Coming To Amherstburg This February

A new winter festival is coming to downtown Amherstburg this February.

The inaugural TRUE Festival is a 70’sthemed street dance party featuring two celebrity DJ’s on Saturday, February 15th from 5pm to 10pm.

The event features a .5k Amherstburg Cupid Dash where guests will dash through the King’s Navy Yard Park and participate in some hilarious antics along the route.

Warm up dancing or visit the licensed igloos after the run.

“We encourage everyone to come out and chill at the dance party and take advantage of the business promotions going on that evening. This new event will be another way to say “welcome everyone.” We know you’ll dig it!” says Amherstburg Mayor Aldo DiCarlo.

The event is sponsored in part by the Canadian Experience Fund provided by The Government of Canada through FedDev Ontario.
