One person has passed away after an accident in Comber.
OPP say around 11:30am, a vehicle left the roadway, struck a snowbank, entered into Centennial Central Public School parking lot and struck the front main concrete staircase of the school.
The lone occupant female driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
OPP had requested the school be evacuated so they could properly process the scene, and all students were moved to Belle River District High School for the remainder of the day.
The accident remains under investigation.
