The City of Windsor is looking for input on a new districting plan for Walkerville.

They are looking to see how you want to see Walkerville evolve and what makes it a special place and ways it could be more comfortable, beautiful, welcoming and inclusive.

The Districting Plan for Walkerville’s historic neighbourhood is the precedent for undertaking similar city districting plan projects. This phased project will identify the different districts within the city and provide physical improvements and theme elements that will make the area a more enjoyable place to live, work or visit, thereby creating a destination environment that is inviting and authentic.

The Walkerville Visioning Workshop takes place on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 at the Walkerville Brewery  from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Meeting agenda:

• Part 1: Welcome and Display Boards (20 minutes)
• Part 2: “I Love” and “I Wish” Mapping/Visual Preference Activities (25 minutes)
• Part 3: Breakout Visioning Workshops (45 minutes)
• Part 4: Presentations (20 minutes)
• Part 5: Wrap-Up and Next Steps (10 minutes)
