OPP Looking For This Person

Leamington OPP are looking to identify the person in this photo and the owner of this vehicle.
Police say that around 9:45am on October 9th, 2019, a brown or gold-coloured mid-sized sport utility vehicle exiting the driveway of The Superstore on Talbot Street East in Leamington when it struck an electric wheelchair causing the occupant to fall out.
The vehicle failed to remain at the scene and was last seen travelling westbound on Talbot Street East.
The occupant of the wheelchair was transported to hospital where the victim succumbed to her injuries.
The deceased has been identified as 85-year-old Joyce Morency of Leamington.
