One person has died after a fire on Ouellette Avenue Thursday evening.
It broke out in a ground floor unit at an apartment building in the 1600 block.
Firefighters had to rescue the male from his unit, but he later passed away.
Investigators say that the fire has been determined to have been intentionally set.
Damage is set at $100,000 and four people were displaced.
The police investigation is ongoing.
