Dropped on Drouillard takes place this Saturday, September 21st.
The 1000 block of Drouillard Road (between Whelpton and Richmond) will be closed to traffic so festival goers can enjoy, street art, live music, food and drink, and shop at local businesses.
Now in its third year, organizers are excited to introduce some new features to the event, including a professional BMX stunt show, three beer gardens, and a second music stage with a greater variety of local musicians and bands. Also new this year, Dropped on Drouillard 100% Canadian made branded apparel will be available for purchase at Pressure Drop (1055 Drouillard Rd) so you can sport your support.
Among the day’s attractions will be live mural painting by some of Windsor’s most notable street artists including Derkz, Jon Jiminez, and Denial. The street art is a festival staple and the finished murals contribute to the area’s unique appeal.
Dropped on Drouillard is on Saturday from 2-11pm. It is open to the public and free to attend.
