The University of Windsor is moving forward with plans to close a section of Freedom Way between Park Street and University Avenue East.
The closed section will link the Armouries and the Alan Wildeman Centre for Creative Arts.
Access to the Burger King Driveway on the north, and the parking lot on the south end will both remain.
The closure will go to the Development & Heritage Standing Committee Meeting on August 12th for approval and then onto City Council.
