Work is set to start Monday on $8.9 million in improvements on Dougall Avenue.
The work includes a new signalized intersection where Dougall merges with Ouellete Place as well as a new dedicated trail and tunnel through the railway embankment.
During constriction, southbound Dougall Avenue will be reduced to one lane between Ouellette Place and South Cameron Boulevard.
The access points to and from Dougall Avenue at Ouellette Place will also be closed during construction.
Work is expected to be completed at the end of November.
