A sign that is seen by thousands who cross the Ambassador Bridge or use Huron Line daily is getting a refresh.
The large yellow University of Windsor sign on top of MacDonald Hall was removed this week with plans to replace it with a new one.
The sign was installed over 20 years ago has not worked for many years due to outdated electrical technology.
Contractors will begin painting the background this week with plans to have the new sign up before students return to classes in September.
