Live Boxing Returns To Windsor’s Waterfront this Weekend

Border City Boxing Club, in partnership with Bluesfest Windsor, to host a live amateur boxing event “Rumble on The River” at the Riverfront Festival Plaza on Sunday, July 14th.

The event will follow off the heels of Bluesfest Windsor, which has graciously donated the space and its numerous amenities to Border City Boxing Club for this exciting show.

“We will have a complete setup with food and beverage vendors. We will be utilizing all the great resources from Bluesfest while transforming the riverfront into a boxing venue for a great family friendly show. Our kids are super excited to be able to perform in their hometown and in such a great venue, it’s going to be another wonderful event in our City” says Border City Boxing’s Executive Director and president of Element Entertainment Renaldo Agostino.

This family friendly event will feature fighters from five Windsor and Essex County boxing clubs and runs from 3pm to 9pm.

General admission tickets are $20 and the show is open to all ages. Proceeds to help support amateur boxing and youth recreation at Border City Boxing Club.
