The City of Windsor has been ranked as the 24th most expensive city to rent in the nation last month, according to PadMapper.
The PadMapper Canadian Rent Report analyzes rental data from hundreds of thousands of active listings across the country. Listings are then aggregated every month to calculate median asking rents for the top 24 most populous metro areas.
According to the report for April, Windsor had the fastest growing rent in the nation with the price of one bedroom jumping 5.3% to $800.
Two bedroom units remained flat at $990.
Toronto was the most expensive place to rent.
