Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a fatal accident on the 401.
Police say that a 28-year-old Windsor woman was struck and killed by a vehicle around 10pm on May 17th, 2019 in the westbound lanes approximately four kilometers west of Manning Road.
The highway was closed for several hours as police investigated, but has since reopened.
