Pressure Drop, a new boutique, café, and bar has opened up in Ford City.
The shop features both men’s and women’s clothing, influenced by “the owners’ love for the carefree, coastal lifestyle.”
Partners Michael Weber and Marina Maffessanti have their roots in the Great Lakes, the Caribbean and California, influencing the shop.
Brands include RVCA, Banks Journal, Assembly Label, Eve Gravel, and Deus Ex Machina. They also feature select local makers and have a selection of stationary and accessories.
The shop also has a café and bar, serving up coffee, beer, wine, and rum.
“We wanted to create a new retail experience so that people don’t just come here to buy things and leave immediately after. We want people to stay a while, have a drink, and enjoy the space,” says Weber. “It’s a great way to get people into the lifestyle and we’re excited to use the shop to help build community around the things that we love.”
Pressure Drop is located at 1055 Drouillard Road in Ford City.
Operating hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to 6pm, Friday from 11am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
