Giant Tiger is taking over some of the old Sears Home store location on Legacy Park Drive.
The building has been empty since Sears closed in September 2017 with the exception of several pop-up stores by Brands Gone Wild.
The store will take 22,500 square feet, leaving another 29,072 square feet still available for lease.
An opening date has yet to be released.
