The City of Windsor is now taking applications for painted crosswalks.
The new program was approved recently by City Council and is led by the City’s Cultural Affairs team and is open to all Windsor residents, all ages, and all genres of painting.
Projects can be submitted by individual artists, community activists, or by a group.
Successful applicants are responsible for the full cost of their proposed project up to and including completion of the project and a refundable deposit to be returned at project completion.
