Monday will see some closures and changes in observance of the Remembrance Day holiday.

There will be no residential collection services on Monday. Residential garbage, yard waste and recycling collection services will be delayed by one day.

There will be no parking enforcement as well and municipal ticket payment offices will be closed.

All locations of the Windsor Public Library will be closed, but city buses will operate on a regular weekday schedule.

There is also no mail delivery.
