The Windsor Jail in Olde Sandwich Town is for sale.
The jail was vacated on August 25th, 2014 when the new South West Detention Centre opened.
The 33,029 total square foot buildings includes the jail and the smaller office building. A small parking lot that is currently used by Mackenzie Hall is also part of the sale. The total property is 1.67 acres.
There is no listing price, and the property is bringing sold on an as is, where is basis and offers will be reviewed only after a 30 day MLS advertising period and on November 23rd, 2018.
