A fire at the Walkerville Theatre on Wyandotte Street East is out.

Fire crews were called just after 3:30pm Saturday afternoon when smoke was spotted coming from the front of the building.

The fire was brought under control quickly.

Fire and smoke caused around $15,000 in damage.

The cause is undetermined, but officials say it is not suspicious.
