A Windsor man passed away after he was pulled from his burning home on Wednesday.
The fire broke out in the 2300 block of Aubin around 12:45pm.
Investigators say the fire started in the living room and the investigation continues to find the cause.
Damage is set at $75,000 to the structure and $25,000 to the contents of the home.
