The Essex Region Conservation Authority has new flood warning for Leamington, all areas west of Point Pelee National Park and the west shoreline of Pelee Island.
The warning comes after winds are expected Monday out of the west at 25-35 kilometers per hour, with gusts exceeding 45-55 kilometers per hour.
Flooding, shoreline erosion and damaging waves are occurring.
