The City of Windsor says that snow plows are travelling the main routes in Windsor and will continue to do so, however they say that side streets will not be plowed.
“Our policy is 4″ or greater in a snowfall event. We don’t add multiple event totals together. We will continue to monitor side street conditions though and address accordingly,” said city spokesperson Jason Moore.
