An early morning fire is under investigation.
It broke out just before 4am in a second floor unit of an apartment building at 400 Tecumseh Road West.
It also spread to an adjacent apartment building and convenience store.
The store was not damaged, but an upstairs apartment was damaged.
Three people were displaced and the Red Cross was called in to help them.
The cause or damage estimate had not been released.
