LaSalle Council has voted against administration’s recommendation for a proposed location of a new fire substation at John Dupuis Park.
After several delegations spoke to council against the proposed location council voted 5 to 2 to reject the station.
The plan also called for the construction of a community room, as well as a redesigned community park.
