The City of Windsor is warning drivers to watch for a lane reduction on the eastbound E.C. Row Expressway from Conservation Drive east to Walker Road from 7am to 5pm Thursday.
The eastbound exit ramp to Walker Road will remain open.
The alternate rain date is set for Friday, July 28th.
