Weekend Phone Maintenance Impacts 311/211

The City of Windsor warns that there will be a slight disruption to the 311/211 Call Centre services this Saturday.
Between 9am and 2pm there will be no answer for anyone who calls either 311 or 211 in Windsor. The lines will be down for scheduled technical maintenance.
For 311, live reception is normally closed on Saturdays, so the disruption will only affect the weekend/after-hours answering service. For 211, regular 24-hour service will resume when the maintenance is complete.
Online services are not affected, and residents can visit www.311online.ca to enter a request for service or visit the City of Windsor website for general information.
