University Lancer Sport And Recreation Centre Vote Passed

After turning it down last December, the University of Windsor Graduate Student Society have voted 61% in favour a new sports complex.
A second referendum vote was held this past week that would see $125 annual fee on all tuition to built the new Lancer Sport and Recreation Centre, where the current St. Dennis Centre sits.
Total cost for the new complex is estimated at $73 million.
The Graduate Student Society was the only group that voted down the project last December, while the other two student groups on campus approved it.
