OPP Investigating Residential Break And Enter And Assault

OPP in Leamington are investigating a break and enter and assault.
Police say it happened on November 10th, 2016 at a home near the intersection of Askew Street and Fox Street.
They say that around 6:30am, two suspects forcibly entered a residence and assaulted one of the homeowners before stealing items and fleeing the scene.
The OPP is asking any member of the public who may have any information regarding this crime or the person(s) responsible, to contact the Essex County OPP Crime Unit at 519-723-2491.
