New skills and hobbies were learned today with the Windsor Public Library at both Budimir and Central Library branches with the How To Festival taking place.
The festival gives individuals of all ages a chance to learn something new with How To booths set up teaching a variety of things, from making balloon animals to tying a knot.
Groups of people gathered together to learn these new skills and gain new knowledge to end the summer with.
