Power has been restored at Transit Windsor.
Mayor Drew Dilkens said earlier that the Central Depot had no power after Wednesday nights tornado and that was causing some fueling problems there, and that could have caused service problems.
Late Wednesday it was restored and service is expected to run normal on Thursday.
